“art washes away from the soul, the dust of everyday life.”
- pablo picasso

Line, shape, colour, texture, and space are the five basic elements of art. But just as our five senses are incomplete without the sixth (our insight & perception), art that focuses on its five structural elements alone, is mechanical. True joy is only experienced when a creator pours their heart into the art – their love, passion & emotions for their work.

The objective of this programme is to keep the ‘happiness of creation’ alive as one learns & practices the primary fundamentals of art. In other words, this programme is designed is to explore art as a joyous journey, rather than as a daunting destination.

The facilitator Shri Sanjay Shukla has a vast and versatile experience working with children and adults alike, including senior citizens. With his traditional, unhurried, and friendly approach, he makes learning a pleasurable activity.
