Why Yoga?
Yoga is an ancient Indian science that improves overall wellbeing. It helps regularize weight, normalize blood pressure, manage cholesterol levels, and enhance concentration. Asanas are the only known workout that can tone the internal organs of the body, such as blood vessels. They are effective in countering stress, anxiety, fatigue, pollution, and the hectic pace of modern life. Regular practice of Yoga not only increases physical fitness and mental vigour, but also aids in spiritual advancement.
