Words are our most inexhaustible source of magic – Albus Dumbledore [Harry Potter]
Such simple words but so effective, right? Have you ever wondered how this happens? All it requires is a little tinkering with tales, by using your imagination. Tools such as organization of thoughts, use of effective vocabulary, ability to tap on our imagination to create a plot, settings and characters are what make your writing effective.
Join us and make storywriting a fun learning experience of creating magic!
In this 5-day workshop, participants will be introduced to the elements of the story:
Day 1: World Building (Creative settings matching storylines)
Day 2: Quirky Characters (Character development)
Day 3: Start. Stop. Speak. (Beginnings, endings and dialogue)
Day 4: Playing with the Pyramid (Plot, structure, and style)
Day 5: A Title on Top (Putting it all together)
